Cabo de Palos is one of the most beautiful places of the Murcian coast. It’s a majestic place because of its lighthouse which is very close from the headland.

The beaches near it are small bays, most of them are rocky or a mixture of loose stone and sand. Isla Plana borders Mazarrón, which has an amazing natural landscape and different nice calm beaches.

Some of the most beautiful bays in the area are located in Cabo Tiñoso, between Cartagena and Mazarrón. You can only access to the bays on foot or by boat.  The distance to be walked is about 5 and 12 kilometres, so that, if you go on foot it is recommended to be trained. These virgin and isolated beaches have no services to offer.
